Forth Valley Open Studios is a non-profit event organised by a committee of enthusiastic and competent volunteers drawn from busy artists across the (loosely interpreted) Forth Valley. They have been helped by generous support and advice from their fellow-artist precursors in Perthshire Open Studios, whom I thank very warmly.
The studios you can visit will offer a surprising diversity of works and the chance to buy or view, talk directly to the artists about their work and ideas: the studio space itself might be purpose-built or might also be an adapted, ingenious solution to the question of where to work creatively.
Some of the venues are galleries or exhibitions, where another experience awaits you.
