Tapestry

In September 2010 I returned from an independent study trip to Mongolia, travelling through the Gobi Desert, visiting and living like a nomad. Sketchbooks, felt rugs, Kadzh embroideries, Buddhist trinkets, camel wool, stones, china, bones and the prevailing smell of yak dung journeyed homeward.
